Qualifications:

  • Main Applicant must be at least 18 years old.
  • Applicants must hold no criminal record.
  • Must prove the source of fund for the investment.
  • Must undergo due diligence checks to gain approval.
  • Must be in good health.
  • Not have been rejected from a visa from a country that has a visa free agreement with Grenada. All visa rejections must be disclosed.

Investment Options

Contribution to the National Transformation Fund (NTF)
  • Single applicant: US$150,000
  • Main applicant and spouse: US$200,000
  • Family of four: US$200,000
  • Family over four requires an additional US$25,000 (after the third dependent)
Real Estate Investment
  • Applicant must invest in a government-approved real estate project with Minimum Amount of US$220,000
  • The Property must be held/maintained for 5 Years

Government Fees:

  • Single applicant: US $50,000
  • Main applicant and spouse: US $50,000
  • Family of four: US $50,000
  • Additional dependents (except siblings and parents/ grandparents under the age of 55): US $25,000 per applicant
  • Dependent parents/ grandparents under the age of 55: US $50,000 per applicant
  • Dependent siblings: US $ 75,000 per applicant

Additional Fees:

  • Application fee: US $1,500 per applicant
  • Processing Fee for dependents 18 years old and above: US $1,500 per applicant
  • Processing Fee for dependents below 18 years old: US $500 per applicant
  • Due diligence for main applicant: US $5,000
  • Due diligence for spouse: US $5,000
  • Due diligence for dependents 17 years old and above: US $5,000 per applicant
  • Oath of allegiance and passport fee: US $275 per applicant
